Hansen’s heavy cream is collected using a separator. Our rich cream has a fat content of about 38%. It is bottled as heavy cream and also used to make butter and ice cream.
Remember to shake the cream. All Hansen’s products are non-homogenized, which means the product may begin to separate and should be shaken before serving.

Can you freeze cream?
Cream can be frozen if it is going to be used for cooking, but not for whipping.
