On-Farm Creamery

Brad Hansen is Hansen's Dairy creamery manager.

In the early 2000s, all four sons of Jay and Jeanne Hansen were interested in returning to work on the home dairy farm. They added value to the milk by establishing an on-farm creamery. The first gallon of milk was processed in February 2004.

Family owned and local

Brent Hansen handles sales and delivery of Hansen's Dairy products.

When our products get to your table, they're only a few hours old. Buying local dairy is good for the economy and the environment.

Pasteurized

Hansen's Dairy products are HTST pasteurized.

We use a high-temperature, short-time (HTST) pasteurization process to best preserve the natural flavor of milk.

Non-homogenized

Hansen's Dairy products are made in our on-farm creamery.

Hansen's milk is non-homogenized, and some people with lactose intolerance say they can consume it with no ill effects.
