Hansen’s Dairy Wagyu-Holstein beef is a real treat. Steak is cut 3/4″ thick, one 10- to 11-oz steak per package. These sirloins come from a Japanese Wagyu and Holstein crossbred cow born and raised on Hansen’s Dairy farm. We do not use hormones or preventive antibiotics.
The Wagyu breed is known for its extensive marbling, resulting in very tender and rich beef. The fat has a low melting point, so the meat literally melts in your mouth. These sirloins have full flavor while staying lean.
It is recommended to cook Wagyu beef to medium-rare for optimum flavor.
