Hansen’s Savory Italian Butter Board

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound Hansen’s butter, softened*
  • Six strips Beeler’s bacon*
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, 1 package
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • 1/4 red onion, very thinly sliced
  • Le Petit baguette, sliced*

Directions

  • Fry 6 Beeler’s bacon strips; drain grease, crumble and set aside.
  • Mix garlic powder (measure with your heart) into softened Hansen’s butter and spread mixture onto a medium to large serving tray.
  • Sprinkle it with Italian seasoning to taste.
  • Add crumbled bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and sliced red onion.
  • Serve with Le Petit baguette slices.
