Hansen’s Savory Italian Butter Board
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Hansen’s butter, softened*
- Six strips Beeler’s bacon*
- Sun-dried tomatoes, 1 package
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1/4 red onion, very thinly sliced
- Le Petit baguette, sliced*
*Items that can be purchased at Hansen’s Dairy stores
Directions
- Fry 6 Beeler’s bacon strips; drain grease, crumble and set aside.
- Mix garlic powder (measure with your heart) into softened Hansen’s butter and spread mixture onto a medium to large serving tray.
- Sprinkle it with Italian seasoning to taste.
- Add crumbled bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and sliced red onion.
- Serve with Le Petit baguette slices.
