Hansen’s Dairy Wagyu-Holstein beef is a real treat. 3/4″ thick, one 8-oz steak per package. The Filet Tenderloin comes from a Japanese Wagyu and Holstein crossbred cow born and raised on Hansen’s Dairy farm. We do not use hormones or preventive antibiotics.
The Wagyu breed is known for its extensive marbling, resulting in very tender and rich beef. The fat has a low melting point, so the meat literally melts in your mouth. The Filet Tenderloin cut is the highest quality of all, with exceptional, melt-in-your-mouth marbling. Filet is wonderfully juicy with mild flavor, and its tenderness is unmatched.
It is recommended to cook Wagyu beef to medium-rare for optimum flavor.
