Hansen’s Dairy Wagyu-Holstein ground beef is juicy and flavorful. The hamburger comes from a Japanese Wagyu and Holstein crossbred cow born and raised on Hansen’s Dairy farm. We do not use hormones or preventive antibiotics.
Known for its extensive marbling, the Wagyu breed produces very tender and rich beef. The fat has a low melting point, so the meat literally melts in your mouth.
