Iowa Miso is made in Cedar Falls, Iowa, from Iowa-grown organic soybeans. Miso is a Japanese-style fermented soybean paste, rich in probiotics.
Enjoy an instant cup of soup made with miso balls. Each ball contains Iowa Miso, kombu sea vegetable, shiitake mushroom powder and onion powder. Toppings include sesame seeds, sun-dried mushrooms, carrots, parsley, green chive rings, wakame sea vegetable, and dried onions.
To serve, place one Iowa Miso ball in a mug and add one cup of hot water (8 oz). Steep for 30 seconds to let the miso ball dissolve, then gently mix well with a spoon.
