Hansen’s Dairy Wagyu-Holstein beef is a real treat. 3/4″ thick, one 10- to 11-oz steak per package, bone-out (unlike photo). The ribeye comes from a Japanese Wagyu and Holstein crossbred cow born and raised on Hansen’s Dairy farm. We do not use hormones or preventive antibiotics.
The Wagyu breed is known for its extensive marbling, resulting in very tender and rich beef. The fat has a low melting point, so the meat literally melts in your mouth. The ribeye is a steak lover’s dream — incredibly flavorful, tender, and juicy.
It is recommended to cook Wagyu beef to medium-rare for optimum flavor.
